It's this collective expertise, eye for design, and passion for positive impact travel that enable us to inspire our audience of conscious travelers in a targeted, organic, and visually compelling way.

  • Saskia Veendorp

    FOUNDER

    Saskia is the voice and eye behind Offbeat Goat. She creates from her homes in Washington DC and Tbilisi or on the road, where she works as a writer, photographer, content creator, and travel tastemaker. Her backstory includes a love affair with travel (40+ countries) and a long career in international development. Unscripted has always been her norm, and offbeat, her mantra. She curates with a keen eye for aesthetics and seeks out travel that’s bold, purposeful, and kind to the planet.

  • Arin Pereira

    EDITORIAL HAND

    Arin is an editorial member of the Offbeat Goat team. She has lived and worked in the Americas, England, and Europe and traveled extensively in Asia. Now living in Mexico, she has taught editorial design and journalism at the Tecnológico de Monterrey; worked with artists and journalists to create videos shown on four continents; and written freelance stories and shot photos for various print and online publications.
