Curated day-to-day travel itineraries

Learn about our curated TripKITS

  • A curated TripKIT includes a proposed self-guided itinerary and a tightly edited collection of our favorite design-led stays, authentic restaurants, and locally immersive adventures.

We are not travel agents who prepare and book your trip; instead, we provide YOU with the handpicked ingredients to do it yourself, thereby simplifying the planning process.

Our self-guided itineraries are designed to be flexible, allowing you, the traveler, to decide when to go off script or downshift and embrace a slower pace of travel.

  • A customized visual “board” (presented via Milanote) including:

    1. Suggested itinerary and recommended trip flow. We typically break the trip up into three 3-4 night stays.

    2. Recommended conscious stay options (rental and hotels) for each leg of the itinerary. Each suggested stay includes a brief description, images, and booking links.

    3. Recommended places to eat, drink, shop, and explore on each leg of the itinerary.

    4. Recommended tour guides we’ve personally vetted.

    5. A Google map link (which can be dowloaded prior to the trip) with hand-picked restaurants, shops, museums and excursions for every leg of the journey.

    6. Handy travel tips and advice on what to expect.

  • If you’re anything like us — design-obsessed and conscious about the planet — travel planning and mapping out that perfect trip can be all-consuming. So, here’s where we come in. For the select countries that we know well, we do the hard work. We research, call, and map out what we believe to be the best itinerary. We suggest a logical breakdown by days, and curate our favorite design-led stays, authentic food venues, shops, and locally immersive experiences.

  • Our Founder and network of offbeat local scouts design the TripKITS.

  • We charge between $45-$85 for a curated TripKIT depending on the country, complexity of travel, and number of recommended travel days.

  • We design TripKITS for countries we know well and where we have strong local connections. We add new TripKITS regularly so be sure to check in for updates.

  • Once you’ve purchased a TripKIT, an email will be sent with a link and password to access your TripKIT on Milanote (an easy-to-use organizational tool using visual boards). Simply download the Milanote software (free version), click on the link, enter password, and the Milanote board will open. By clicking the various boards, you will be able to access multiple layers of information. Milanote can also be downloaded as a mobile app making it easy to access while traveling.
