Travel Consultation Call
This consultation is perfect for those who have a clear vision but want a little extra guidance to refine their plans. Together, we'll dive deeper into your ideas, explore alternative destinations, and craft an itinerary that truly aligns with your travel goals. I’ll also share a few hotel recommendations, give thoughtful feedback on your initial choices, and offer tips to elevate the entire experience.
Fees: $125 - 30 minute call (waived if trip design and/or bookings are included).
2. Bespoke bookings with perks
Booked your hotel and set your dates, but want to enhance your experience? Our white-glove service ensures you're placed on the hotel’s priority list, unlocking VIP perks and special extras. Fill out the inquiry form and we’ll get to work.
Fees: complimentary*
*A minimum booking value of $1,000 is required. For bookings under $1,000, a $100 service fee will apply.

Not sure where to stay? I’ll sift through the noise and handpick the best hotels that align with your style, budget, and trip goals—whether it's a design-forward boutique retreat, a secluded eco-lodge, or a storied grand dame. You’ll receive an exclusive Stay Portfolio with the top hotels that match your style, budget, and travel goals—each handpicked for its design, character, and experience. Bespoke bookings included.
Hotel Curation Fee: $400* per week of travel.
*Fee includes initial consultation and research and booking of all recommended hotels; travel costs not included.

Whether it’s an adventure in a remote corner of the world, a Greek island wedding, or a multi-generational family escape, our trip design services ensure every detail is perfectly curated and meticulously planned.
Trip planning fees: Starting at $800* per week of travel
