Join a wine tour with Living Roots. Run by painter-winemaker-owner of the Pheasant's Tears, John Wurdeman, Living Roots focuses on exploring the country through culture, cuisine, and winemaking traditions and specializes in finding authentic experiences that showcase small entrepreneurs, winemakers, and traditions.

Enjoy a great meal at Pheasant’s Tears, a winery-restaurant run by American wine connoisseur John Wurdeman. All wines are fermented and aged in egg-shaped clay jars called Quevri. Check out the tastings and meals at the Crazy Pomegranate (affiliated with Pheasant’s Tears).
